Find your way around Studio
Find the pages you need to manage your account and understand what your role allows you to do.
Start with the correct workspace
After signing in to Studio, select the workspace associated with your subscription.
If you belong to several workspaces, check which one is selected before changing members, seats, or billing. These changes apply to the selected workspace.
Understand your role
Your workspace role controls your access.
| Role | Main responsibilities |

| Owner | Manages the workspace, its ownership, members, subscription, and projects |
| Admin | Manages the workspace, members, subscription, and projects; can assign roles up to Admin, not Owner |
| Billing manager | Manages billing and members without project editing or a paid editor seat |
| Member | Works in projects they have permission to access |
| Viewer | Views content they have permission to access without editing |
Project permissions can further limit what someone can access or change.

Billing managers use Studio for account administration. Project work requires an appropriate editing or viewing role.
If a page or action is unavailable, check your role with a workspace Owner or Admin.
Manage your personal account
Open your user menu and select Account settings for your personal profile and security settings.
Your personal account settings, workspace settings, and billing details serve different purposes.
Use Studio just for account management
You can manage members, seats, and billing without creating a project or moving your tokens. Existing license keys keep working, so you can continue using the plugin as before.
