Billing & Invoices

The Billing section of the Account Portal gives you full control over your payment details and history.


Viewing invoices

  • Go to the Edit Billing link in the Account Portal.

  • You’ll see a list of past invoices, including amount, date, and payment status.

  • Click on any invoice to download a PDF copy for your records.


Updating your payment method

  1. Go to the Edit Billing tab, select Update payment method.

  2. Enter new payment details (credit card, PayPal, etc. depending on support).

  3. Save your changes — the new method will be used for all future charges.


Failed payments

  • If a payment fails, you’ll receive an email notification.

  • The system will automatically retry the payment.

  • If repeated attempts fail, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.


Billing cycles

  • Your billing cycle is visible in the Dashboard.

  • Any changes to seats or plan upgrades are reflected in the next invoice.

  • Yearly subscribers will see a single invoice per year; monthly subscribers see one per month.


💡 Tip: Always keep your billing details up to date to avoid interruptions in service.
