Managing Seats

Seats determine how many people in your organization can actively use Tokens Studio. As an admin, you can add, remove, and reassign seats at any time from the Account Portal.

Adding Seats

1. Go to the Edit billing section in the Account Portal.

1. Click Update Subscription.

1. Choose the number of seats you’d like to add.

1. Confirm your changes — the cost will be updated on your subscription.

👉 New seats are available immediately after purchase. You can then assign them to team members.

Removing Seats

1. Go to the Edit billing section.

1. Click on Update subscription.

1. Reduce the total number of seats.

1. Confirm the change.

• If fewer users are active than the new seat count, no further action is needed.

• If more users are active, you’ll need to revoke access from some members before confirming.

• Any seat reductions are reflected in your next billing cycle.

Assigning Seats

• When you invite a team member to your organization, they will occupy a seat automatically.

• You can view all active members under Team Management.

• If you reach your seat limit, you’ll need to add more seats before inviting additional members.

Revoking Seats

• To free up a seat, revoke a user from the organization.

• Once removed, the seat becomes available for another member and a new key gets generated which reflects on the Dashboard.

• The user loses access to Tokens Studio features linked to your subscription.

• To invite another team member to use the license key, you can copy the license key and share with them.

💡 Best practice: Review your seat assignments monthly to ensure inactive users aren’t occupying seats.
